What the need was
From Jaén we received the request from Sistemas SAU, a successful awning house committed to offering top quality products and excellent service to its customers, with the need to adopt a digitization strategy in their business process. They told us that they visited their clients on a daily basis with a heavy and wide catalog showing the products, so it occurred to them that this could be the main focus of attention to digitize the work process.
How we helped the client
When the SAU commercials visit the client, he/she wants everything to be fast and to have instant access to all the information, so we started to design an application that would automate the whole process.
Once the design was done and validated by the team, we started to study the whole logic of the application. We developed an agile application where our customer could carry in his smartphone all the necessary information when visiting his clients, from a complete catalog of products to a customized budget sheet for his client and an automated ordering section with the company. Likewise, we developed a tablet version so that the end consumer could see the products much better, since the participation of the consumer in the process of closing the order in digital form is fundamental to enhance the brand image and improve their experience of purchase.
The result
Undoubtedly, Sistemas SAU achieved a more creative and efficient management of the sales process, in addition to reducing costs, the number of steps required and increasing productivity. The application is already being used by our client, who tells us that it is being a huge success for the company.
